Medicine Needs Dashboard for Ukraine

The goal of this tool is to improve coordination, enable rapid humanitarian response, and support informed, needs-based decision-making by donors, partner organizations, and humanitarian actors across the sector.

The dashboard is updated in real time and aggregates data based on official Ministry of Health Decrees outlining 100% of the state’s medical needs. It provides a clear view of the most critical therapeutic areas and includes:

• Total required volume per International Nonproprietary Name (INN), dosage, and formulation.
• Public funding allocated (coverage).
• Outstanding gap (expressed both quantitatively and as a percentage).

This tool offers open access to verified data, allowing stakeholders to:

• Track real-time needs across priority categories.
• Prepare relevant and timely humanitarian aid offers.
• Respond efficiently to patient and facility-level requests.
• Ensure coordinated action across humanitarian and healthcare systems.
