Integration Technology Specialist
Job Description
Mission Kharkiv is one of the largest medical charitable organizations in Ukraine, providing systematic support for adult patients with oncological diseases. Since 2022, the organization has implemented large-scale programs including medication provision, patient transportation and evacuation, first aid, hygiene kits, psychosocial support for beneficiaries, and capacity building for medical personnel.
The Integration Technologies Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s internal digital solutions to automate operational processes, integrate data across systems, and enhance the efficiency of program and project teams supported by donors (including GIZ).
This role includes managing technical solutions based on no-code / low-code tools (n8n, Airtable, Softr, SendPulse), supporting databases, developing analytical dashboards, and training staff on digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain integration and automation solutions (n8n, API integrations).
- Migrate and optimize existing automation workflows from make.com to n8n.cloud, including testing and documentation of solutions.
- Manage digital projects (n8n, Airtable, Softr, SendPulse): planning, coordination, quality control, and compliance with donor project requirements.
- Maintain and develop Airtable databases, including structure, access permissions, table relationships, and data quality control.
- Design new databases, data collection forms, reporting templates, and interactive dashboards for internal use and donor reporting.
- Automate data import and export between systems using APIs.
- Create survey tools, questionnaires, and consolidated feedback databases.
- Set up email and SMS campaigns (SendPulse or similar services), prepare SOPs and training materials.
- Provide technical support to users of digital systems and conduct staff training.
- Develop instructions, SOPs, concise training materials, and videos.
- Optimize internal processes and coordinate across projects and teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT or digital automation.
- At least 2 years of practical experience with automation systems and/or databases (Airtable, n8n, make, or similar tools).
- Understanding of API integration principles and experience with no-code / low-code platforms.
- Data analysis skills, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to independently organize work, coordinate tasks, and communicate with different teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in humanitarian, donor, or international projects (GIZ, EU, UN, INGOs).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with relational databases.
- Understanding of data and reporting requirements for donor-funded projects.
